THE CHALLENGE
Their existing dashboard froze at 10K rows. Analysts were exporting to Excel to do the work the web app should have been doing. Engagement was plummeting.
THE SOLUTION
We rebuilt the rendering pipeline with WebGL via regl, streaming data updates via WebSockets, and a custom D3 layer for interactive overlays. The UI was redesigned around analytical workflows — not feature lists.
